“All that is important is this one moment in movement.
Make the moment important, vital, and worth living.
Do not let it slip away unnoticed and unused.”

Based in Abu Dhabi for the time being, I am an innovative performing artist and movement educator, born in Mexico with roots tracing back to Germany.

With a background as a teacher in  Classical Pilates and Yoga Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Hatha, I am constantly exploring the flow and challenging myself with  hand balance. My understanding of anatomy and biomechanics is deepened by my practice as a Franklin Method Educator.

As a dedicated teacher, I strive to cultivate inclusive and accessible spaces that foster a culture of movement. My passion lies in kinesthetics, and I have a steadfast commitment to teaching concepts over mere exercises, emphasizing the integration of functional movement with holistic well-being. With over 25 years of experience in both teaching and learning, I believe in understanding through active engagement.

In the realm of contemporary dance, I have graced stages across the globe, from Mexico to the Middle East. My choreographic and experimental performances are informed by geometry, philosophy, and somatic approaches. I am constantly intrigued by new media and technology, always keeping the human body as my central focus. My interdisciplinary artistic research and choreographic work are ongoing, driven by the present moment and a deep connection to the here and now.
